I’m so sorry to hear this sad news. Bernie was a very important person in my teenage life as my basketball coach and mentor who taught me the value of hard work, sportsmanship and teamwork. As I became an adult, he became a friend and someone who I will remember with great warmth and respect. My condolences to Ann and especially to his daughters; when he spoke of you, it always made him smile.
