Cindy Ann Breen

April 8, 1960 - August 4, 2022

Obituary

Cindy Ann Breen at the age of 62, passed away in her home on August 4th, 2022.

Cindy was born on April 8, 1960 in Richmond, BC. Cindy married her late husband at a young age and started to build their family in British Columbia. Cindy was a stay-at-home mom for most of her life. Juggling five children while Nobby was out of town working providing for his family. Her life was never easy, but she did what she could with the means she had. There were times when Cindy didn’t have much at all and for this, she became extremely grateful. Her love for BINGO can’t go unrecognized as well as her crafty skills for creating the best Halloween costumes. Cindy loved to laugh and will always be remembered by her sense of humour. Despite the hardships and a life full of pain, she would still crack up a joke. Endless nights of music flooding the kitchen, you could always count on a good old game of crib scattered across the table. Like many others in the world, music was therapy for Cindy. She loved to sing and dance like no one was in the room watching her. On her darker days you could hear the music muffled through the cracks of the doors, most of the time on repeat. Cindy was no stranger to the kitchen; some would say the best. Her children are grateful for those passed on talents. When you smell the aroma of that sweet apple pie, I hope you’ll remember her.

Cindy was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Audrey, sister Pat, and husband Nobby. She leaves her five children, Jamie, Jeremy, Matthew (Charlene), Megan, and Adam. Cindy also leaves behind her brothers and sisters, Susie, Sandy, Ron (Donna), Donna (Rick), Alex (Darlene), and Sharlene (Bill). As well her loving grandchildren, Jade, Blake, Savannah, Oliver, Jacob, Grace, and Carter. Cindy also says goodbye to former partner Dennis and most beloved companion “Lucy”.
