Obituary
It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Devon William Howarth on June 1, 2020 in Kelowna, BC in a tragic car accident. Born in Penticton, BC, on April 7, 1996 he leaves us at the young age of 24. Devon Will be lovingly remembered by his dad Trevor (Nathalie Howarth, his Mother Ashlee Jones, Brothers; Jordan (Sherry) Chartier, Brandon, T.J, Aiden and Marcus. His Grandmother Linda Howarth, Grandparents Rusty & Eileen Chartier. His Uncle Lance Howarth, Cousin Dylan, Nephews Luka and Loec Chartier and a host of other family and friends. Devon was predeceased by his Grandfather William “Bill” Howarth. Devon was a smart young man that excelled in everything he put his hands to. He had a great sense of humour with eyes that sparkled with mischief, a smile that would light up a room, a heart full of love and an infectious laugh that would always bring a smile to our faces. Devon was fun loving, the life of the party and always the prankster. If you pulled a prank on him he always got you back better. Faithful and loyal to his family and friends, he will be dearly missed by all of us. Devon loved playing football. In 2007 his team, The Panthers, Won the Provincial Championship. That was one memory he cherished and loved to talk about. Devon loved most everything including hunting and camping, but his absolute passion was fishing. He loved to fish and found great joy in doing it. Those who knew Devon, even a little, lost a shinning light in their lives. Taken from us far too early, Devon leaves us smiling through our tears. He will live on in our hearts and the wonderful memories we have of him.

Devon you have been in my family for 13 or so yrs. I have so many good memories. Like the time we all went to Vancouver shayne had you laughing so hard. So many memories I will carry in my heart I can’t believe you have left us I will never forget the happiness you shared all around Devon rest easy and in peace 🖤💔
