Obituary
Frederick Jay Bell of Hedley, BC, passed away suddenly on April 6, 2023 at the age of 54 years.
Fred was born on December 29, 1968 son of the late Gordon Charles Bell and Mildred Norma Bell.
He had many certificates in his employment as a fire fighter, safety officer, and welder. Most of his hobbies were based in the automotive trade. Freds biggest passion was racing car #54 in Hit to Pass.
Always a caring man, Fred had a huge heart for children and pets. He loved to go for drives, enjoy July 1st fireworks, but his love for his mother was beyond anything else.
Fred is survived by his son Jay Bell, aged 32 who resides in Vernon with his wife Rae. He is also survived by his mother Mildred Norma Bella, and two sisters, Leslie Bell and Cynthia Letendre. Fred was pre-deceased by his father, Gordon Charles Bell, and his brother Douglas Ronald Bell.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Friday, April 28th, 2023 at 960 Daly Avenue, Hedley.
Flowers are gratefully declined; for those who wish, memorial donations may be made to either Jay Bell or Leslie Bell. There is a GoFundMe as well as card 50/50 draws.
