Harold Russell Westman

December 26, 1943 - June 9, 2023

Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Russ Westman announces his sudden passing on June 9, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife Evelyn, his sons Rob (Megan) and Andrew (Maren), and his four adoring grandchildren, Emma, Benjamin, Mackenzie, and Abigail. After his successful 30 year career with Simmons Canada, where he was a general manager with divisions in Alberta and Saskatchewan, he and Ev retired to the Okanagan in 2002. They enjoyed traveling the world, visiting every continent. His kindness, generosity, and quirky sense of humour will be greatly missed by all who loved him. No service by request. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to Diabetes Canada 360-1385 West 8th Avenue Vancouver, BC V6H 3V9.
