Obituary
Neil Gary Pierrot of Burnaby BC, beloved husband of Jeannine Pierrot, passed away after a lengthy battle with dementia on August 17,2022 at the age of 81 years.
Neil was not someone you would soon forget after meeting him. He had a larger-than-life personality with a love for all things Harley Davidson and flying. Having received his commercial pilots license at a very young age, he told many stories of his adventures flying. Motorcycles were also a passion for him from very early on in his life until he could no longer ride due to his illness. He worked as an IT for 40 years with BC/Terasen Gas and was very liked and respected among his co-workers. In 1995 he met and married Jeannine and whether it be music filled family gatherings drinking his home-made wine or sake, him playing Santa for the grand kids at Christmas every year, or just sitting around telling stories about is old adventures, there are many warm memories in the 27 years they shared together.
Neil is now free from the confines of dementia and on to his next adventure. Until we meet again.
Besides his loving wife Jeannine, Neil is survived by his 2 stepdaughters Michelle Landry (Joel) and Lange Agar (Brian), his 4 grandchildren, Marissa Moroski, Jace Landry, Sean Landry and Jaime Landry, and his brother Brian Pierrot.
