Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Scott, age 71, of Penticton, BC, who left us on October 18, 2024, after a courageous battle with liver cancer. Born on November 14, 1952, Rob was a cherished partner, father, grandfather, and friend.
He is survived by his beloved partner, Luisa, his daughters Rosanna and Maria, and his adored grandsons, Luciano and Amaro. Rob’s family was his greatest treasure, and he took immense pride in them all.
Known for his incredibly big heart, Rob lived life to the fullest and marched to the beat of his own drum. He was known for his passion for Native Art, which brought him joy and connected him with the community. Rob’s love for his racehorses was another testament to his vibrant spirit and zest for life. He will be remembered for his kindness, creativity, and the indelible mark he left on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of Rob’s life will be held in Penticton in the Spring of 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to to your charity of choice, honoring Rob’s commitment to the community.
He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved him

I went to Killarney Secondary with Bob. Although it has been a long time since we last met, I would like to extend my condolences to his family. I remember Bob has a nice guy. One of the good ones.
