Bill was a wonderful man and the best Brother in Law ever. We will miss him terribly. Rest in Peace Bill.

From: Ed and Nedra Forrester

Ed and I (Nedra) are heartbroken at this sad news. Sly was a great friend to us both and we always laugh when talking about him. Although we were many miles apart, we felt close and this was proven when we stopped by for coffee last Aug and it felt like we had seen each other often yet it had been a decade or more. Bill was one of only a few friends who took the time and trouble to visit us ‘away up north’ in Goodlow. Sincere condolences to his family and many friends. Rest In Peace Bill xxxooo

He was one of the best and funniest of all the boys. I hear he kept his amazing sense of humour until the end. I’ll miss seeing him on my visits to Penticton. Rest in Peace, Bill.
