Deborah Lynne Burant

June 11, 1960 - December 31, 2023

Obituary

BURANT, Deborah Lynne June 11, 1960 –December 31, 2023 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother. She is survived by her sons, Marshal and Riley; sisters Denise and Jennifer, brother Darryn and six nieces and nephews.

Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Debbie was an avid animal lover. She found joy in the companionship of her cats, dogs, and horse. Her heart was a haven for these animals, providing them with love, care, and a sanctuary to thrive. Debbie’s passion for thrift shopping was well-known among her friends and family, as she had an uncanny ability to turn second-hand treasures into cherished possessions. Debbie’s adventurous spirit was expressed through her love of archery and passion for travel. Her well-travelled life was a testament to her curiosity and spirit.

Debbie was predeceased by her grandparents Pearl and Peter Yanish; and parents Eleanor and Andrew Burant. There will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Dear Riley – my sincere sympathies to you and Marshall. I doubt you remember, but I worked with your mom at People’s Jewellers before you were even imagined, and enjoyed her company then, and during the time you were neighbours with the Trafanankos.
Love and miss you, and think of you often.

From: Cindy Scott
Relation: Friend of her children

My deepest condolences to Marshal and Riley. I’m very sorry to hear of your mother’s passing.

From: Fran Geisler
